Since 1999 the team of D-Projects International Ltd. renders professional assistance to those investors starting new businesses and restructuring their existing portfolios in the Western and Eastern Europe and Asia by means of providing advice and co-participating
in the debt and equity funding.
We are open to new opportunities and actively reviewing the investment proposals for both seed and start-up phases and distressed and undeveloped assets.
The projects' range is from 5 MUSD to 400 MUSD

MM United Properties
(1998-2001)
The speculative investment by the local player on the market required fast financing of the deal, refurbishment and further search of the profitable lease contract. The whole transaction resulted in the successful exit and sale of the property located in the heart of the city to the international investor. D-Projects International Ltd. assisted on all phases of the project to the mutual satisfaction and brought in the private equity and bank financing.
11 Invest
(2001-2002)
The international investment vehicle 11Invest required consulting service in the sphere of real estate projects in particular to ongoing investment into the 89 units apartment house build in the mountain resort . D-Project team was recruited as a part of the investment and legal team to assure proper getting the title to the purchased multi-store building.
Malka Oil
(2004-2005)
Malka Oil being the Swedish joint venture engaged our specialist to perform a discreet restructuring the finances of the company. Two years work resulted in putting the cash-flows of the JV back to normal and further sales of the company to the major player on the market.
Ruric
(2006-2015)
The Swedish public company invested in various real estate objects. Our team assisted in acquisition of the control in the 100 million USD project against the competing bid of the US investor and further restructuring and sale of the assets.
EMG / Work Service
(2015-current)
EMG Group is a long term established brand on the market of human resource and manly serves the international clientele. Our team has entered into the project as a co-investor and assisted in getting the company ready and further sales to the international public group Work Service.
Zen Rooms
(2016-current)
The project strategic goal is to implement the modern approach towards managing the renovated antique residential real estate. D-Projects International Ltd. invested into the company and now assisting in establishing the sophisticated accounting and management system, getting bank financing and further consolidation of the properties.
Protium
(2018-current)
D-Porjects International Ltd. has been engaged by the US and Hong Kong investors to set up a multi-million production consisting of the series of production plants manufacturing the renewable energy based on the sophisticated waste-to-energy technology. Investors approved the plan developed by D-Projects International Ltd., and formed a 500 million USD JV.
Ilim Group
(2017-2019)
D-Projects International Ltd. has been engaged to find and structure the deal which was closed in 2019 and was the largets of the kind in 5 years, thus allowing the biggest international company to relocate to the new headquarters and assisted in a successful divestment for the European investment group. Since the deal was closed in 2019, our company will continue to support the transaction until the full financial closing in the next years to come.
Waste Management Facility
(2018-current)
Our company has been recruited in order to assist in the process of negotiations and further structuring of acquisition of the waste management facility by Greek invesors. The project was worth 300 million EUR.
International Consortium
(2017-current)
Since 2017 our company is consulting the international consortum of investors to explore the opportunities in the field of infrastructure building, in particular related to the moderm urban development. The multi-billion funding and long term perspective demand considerable efforts with the ultimate goal to set up the leaders in the industry on the country level. The project is ongoing.
Public company and 3D boutique active in augmented reality business (2020-2021)
2020 year has drawn attention to all start-ups related to IT sphere, one of the most successful being the gaming and on-line sales. Our company was actively working on the merger of the prominent start-up in the sphere of the augmented reality and one of the existing international leaders in the IT industry in Europe. The project is ongoing.
Tokenization (2022-current)
Since 2022, the company has been actively developing several start-up projects focused on blockchain-based tokenization of real estate and financial transactions, along with related community-building initiatives. Through its newly opened office in Limassol, the company plans to act as both an investor and consultant for these projects.
