MM United Properties
(1998-2001)
The speculative investment undertaken by a local market participant required rapid financing for the acquisition, subsequent refurbishment, and the securing of a profitable lease agreement. The transaction ultimately resulted in a successful exit, with the property—located in the heart of the city—sold to an international investor. D-Projects International Ltd. supported all phases of the project to the satisfaction of all parties, arranging both private equity and bank financing.
11 Invest
(2001-2002)
The international investment vehicle 11 Invest required advisory support in relation to real estate projects, in particular its ongoing investment in an 89-unit apartment development in a mountain resort. D-Projects was engaged as part of the investment and legal team to ensure the proper acquisition of title to the multi-storey property.
Malka Oil
(2004-2005)
Malka Oil being the Swedish joint venture engaged our specialist to perform a discreet restructuring the finances of the company. Two years work resulted in putting the cash-flows of the JV back to normal and further sales of the company to the major player on the market.
Ruric
(2006-2015)
Malka Oil, a Swedish joint venture, engaged our specialist to undertake a discreet financial restructuring. Over the course of two years, this resulted in the stabilisation of the company’s cash flows and ultimately facilitated its sale to a major market participant.
EMG / Work Service
(2015-current)
EMG Group is a well-established brand in the human resources sector, primarily serving an international clientele. Our team joined the project as a co-investor and supported the company’s preparation for sale, culminating in its acquisition by the international public group Work Service.
Zen Rooms
(2016-current)
The strategic objective of the project is to implement a modern approach to the management of renovated heritage residential properties. D-Projects International Ltd. has invested in the company and is supporting the establishment of robust accounting and management systems, the arrangement of bank financing, and the further consolidation of the property portfolio.
Protium
(2018-current)
D-Projects International Ltd. was engaged by investors from the United States and Hong Kong to structure a multi-million-dollar production initiative comprising a series of plants utilising advanced waste-to-energy technology. The investors approved the plan developed by D-Projects International Ltd., leading to the formation of a USD 500 million joint venture.
Ilim Group
(2017-2019)
D-Projects International Ltd. was mandated to identify and structure what became the largest transaction of its type in five years, successfully closing in 2019. The deal enabled a major international corporation to relocate to its new global headquarters while delivering a successful divestment for the European investment group.
We continue to support the transaction through to full financial close, which is anticipated in the years ahead.
Waste Management Facility
(2018-current)
D-Projects International Ltd. was retained to support the negotiation and structuring of the €300 million acquisition of a waste management facility by a group of Greek investors.
International Consortium
(2017-2022)
Since 2017, D-Projects International Ltd. has been providing strategic consultancy to an international consortium of investors exploring infrastructure opportunities, particularly in the area of modern urban development. With multi-billion-euro funding and a long-term perspective, the initiative requires significant resources and is aimed at creating industry leaders at the national level.
Public company and 3D boutique active in augmented reality business (2020-2021)
In 2020, considerable interest was directed towards technology start-ups, with the gaming and online sales sectors standing out. D-Projects International Ltd. was actively involved in advising on the merger between a leading augmented reality start-up and one of Europe’s major IT industry players. The mandate is ongoing.
Tokenisation (2022-current)
Since 2022, D-Projects International Ltd. has been actively advancing a number of start-up projects centred on the blockchain tokenisation of real estate assets and financial transactions, alongside related community-building initiatives. With the recent opening of our office in Limassol, the company will serve as both an investor and strategic consultant for these ventures.
